Most of Dr. Kamath's patients are referred to him by his other patients. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement. Here are excerpts from just a few of innumerable unsolicited letters of appreciation received by Dr. Kamath from various people he worked with over the years:

Roger H., Social Worker, F. S. H: "Now that you are really leaving, I am just beginning to realize how much of a loss your departure will be. My own loss is relatively small when I think of the loss to the hospital..... Where are we going to find a compulsive, bright and nice guy with charisma? Who the hell is going to provide leadership in the trenches?...Who is going to teach the new guys in the Receiving building what they didn't learn is school?..... 7/27/'82

Scott M., an ex-client: I am sure you give all your patients the same respect and consideration that you gave me, but you made me feel like I was the only patient you had.... Life had never seemed more dim to me... and only a few minutes of listening to you, I felt an incredible relief because I knew there was at least one person in the world that understood the way I was feeling...You have forever changed my life for the better... I will never forget what you have taught me.... Oct. 15 1999.
Bill, an ex-client: I wish to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for your compassionate and excellent medical care and treatment.... I have been treated off and on for years by over a dozen doctors... None of them has helped me very much. And not one, up until my visit with you last week, has even been able to describe or offer effective treatment or relief. Feb. 28, 2,000.
N. M. J: an ex-client: I just had to write you a note to thank your help during a very difficult time in my life. You were there for me when I needed help. You explained many things I didn't understand. .....really hard for me to explain how important it was to me to find a doctor I could really trust and one that I felt had the special gift of God to be able to listen..... To be in your position and to be able to help so many people is truly wonderful. July 30, 2000.
